The purpose is to connect clan feelings, promote exchanges, commit to charitable public welfare activities and the development of education, and improve the quality of life of all members.

The Association has several sub-divisions, such as the Mutual Aid, which assists members and their families in handling funeral matters; the Scholarship Committee encourages support for the academic development of members' children; and the Arts Research Association promotes research and development in the cultural field
